Laurie is  experienced and highly motivated with strong leadership and relationship building skills. She has eighteen years’ experience within the health and social care industry, working with adults with a range of needs. She has experience of working with the elderly, adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia, mental health needs and end of life care. She is dedicated and focused to meeting the needs of individuals within the service. She has experience of a mixture of roles from a care assistant/ support worker to a Care Director.

Laurie also undertakes QAF inspections for the local authorities as a quality review officer.

Laurie's experience of roles, regulatory knowledge and attention to detail have provided her with the skill set to support providers to provide compliant high quality care and support.
